Shipping Policy
Processing Time All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
For custom orders, production time is a minimum of 2 weeks. We will work with you to meet your timeline whenever possible. Please contact us at info@bespokenhandmade.com before placing a custom order to discuss your needs.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and order size.
International Shipping International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes, which are collected at checkout and remitted on your behalf. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Weekend & Holiday Shipping We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed Friday after business hours through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
